A lack of stimulation or overstimulation can escalate Michael and when he becomes anxious, he can act in a way that pushes people away. He will benefit from individuals with a calm, but confident and assertive approach who can help him to get back on track and putting a smile on people’s faces.

Michael says: “I am looking for support staff who like to be active, enjoy sports and can drive.
I would like staff that are experienced, consistent and resilient- I am a very lovely person to be around and I guarantee I will put a smile on your face however, sometimes when I become anxious I can behave in a way that pushes people away – but with great support from you I will be back to putting that smile on your face.”
